They built their home in 1870 soon after they arrived in the Schulenburg area.

This one and a half story white frame home has been fully restored and furnished with 19th century furniture and artifacts.

This home is one of two museums on the site at the Stanzel Family Foundation in Schulenburg, Texas. It can be viewed during regular museum visiting hours.
